By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms of Service. The goal is simple: clear expectations on both sides.
Services
Sessions are private, one-on-one meetings held live on Zoom for either 60 or 90 minutes and focused on practical AI skills. Sessions may cover tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others — along with the work around them: documents, reports, research, planning, and recurring tasks. Each session stands on its own. There is no program or package to complete. Sessions are not audio- or video-recorded by default. With advance notice and your consent, a transcription service may be used to create a written transcript and private session notes or summaries. You may decline transcription or ask for it to be stopped without affecting the session. Any separate audio or video recording requires explicit advance agreement for a stated purpose.
What this is (and isn’t)
- Yes: practical, guided work on your own material and questions.
- No: legal, medical, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
Pricing
Current pricing (per session):
- 60-minute session: $60
- 90-minute extended session: $90
Payment is handled through the booking process. Pricing may change over time. The price shown at booking is the price you pay.
Booking and rescheduling
When you book, you’re reserving a time slot. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you’re having technical issues before a session, reach out and we’ll sort it out.
Cancellations and refunds
Because this is a small service, missed sessions can be difficult to fill. I aim to be fair about it, while protecting the schedule.
- 24 hours or more: You can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule.
- No-shows: The session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule.
Conduct
Please be respectful — that includes patience with technology and civil communication. I reserve the right to end a session if behavior becomes disruptive or abusive.
Disclaimers
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Important information should be checked independently, and this service does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
You’re responsible for deciding what you upload to third-party AI platforms and for how you use their outputs. No particular result, completed project, business outcome, or technical outcome is guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or AI tools.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
