One-on-one Live on Zoom 60 or 90 minutes

Learn to use AI well — on what matters to you, not someone else's examples.

A private AI session, live on Zoom. Bring your work, your questions, or something you've been meaning to figure out — and leave with something you can use.

A session shaped around you.

A private, one-on-one AI session, live on Zoom.
$60 · 60 minutes

A session is a private meeting on Zoom, built around what you want from AI. Bring something real and we'll work through it live — or use the session as a grounded introduction: what AI is actually good at, how to work with it, and where to start. Both are exactly what the session is for. You set the direction; I bring the method.

What you might bring

  • A dense document to work through
  • A report you need to produce
  • A question worth researching properly before a decision
  • A trip to plan
  • Something you do regularly that could take less time
  • A project you're in the middle of
  • Or nothing in particular — a clear, guided introduction is just as good a use of the session

If what you'd like help with is confidential, you never need to send it to me — we can work from a stand-in, and the skill transfers. And sessions fit wherever you're starting from: whether you've never opened an AI tool, or you've been using one for months and suspect you're only scratching the surface.

About Michael

Who you'll be working with.
Background

Before teaching AI, Michael spent more than a decade in financial services — not as a technologist, but on the side of the business that makes complex information clear and usable for the people who need it: regulators, clients, developers, senior decision-makers. Explaining complicated things so people can actually act on them is the foundation of how he teaches.

He also spent three years backpacking around the world — not directly related to AI, but not entirely unrelated to how he thinks about learning.

FAQ

What most people want to know first.
Quick answers
Will a single session really be worth it?

A focused session can go further than it sounds when all the time is aimed at you — no curriculum and nothing that doesn't apply. Bring something specific and we'll make real progress; come for a grounded introduction and you'll leave with a clearer sense of where AI can help and how to begin.

I've already used ChatGPT a bit — is this too basic for me?

No. The session starts from wherever you are and can focus on giving better context, shaping stronger requests, comparing approaches, and refining answers rather than accepting the first version.

Can I work on something confidential — client files or work documents?

Yes. You never need to send confidential material to me; we can work from a redacted copy or substitute, and the method transfers to the real document.

What kinds of things can AI help with?

AI can help with planning, research, writing, dense documents, reports, and recurring work. Part of the session is finding where it genuinely fits your life or work — and where it doesn't.

What if I've never used AI before?

That's a fine place to start. The session assumes no prior knowledge and builds from wherever you are.
